To whom it may concern: This is an unsolicited letter written by myself as to the scientific achievements and character of This is written to the best of my knowledge, however, as I cannot foresee the end use as to which it will be put I cannot accept any responsibility for the use or misuse of this information. If the reader has any questions they are welcome to email: maitland@ihug.co.nz I have been in contact with an individual by the name of Bruce A. Perreault, of Rumney, New Hampshire, for a period of some 10 months now. During these months I have come to know Mr. Perreault quite well. Mr. Perreault has undertaken significant historical and scientific investigation into radiant energy and its potential uses. Mr. Perreault has spent a significant number of years working through patents, theories and historical reports concerning the harnessing of radiant energy for the purpose of generating electricity in a unique manner. During my communications with Mr. Perreault I have inquired of him as to various aspects of his work, theories and history. I have found him to be quite forthcoming in many of these areas, except where a key part of the process is concerned. He has been totally forthcoming upon the signing of the standard non disclosure agreement. He has an excellent grasp and a unique perspective of nuclear chemistry which he has put into practice with the assistance of a few other supporters. I have been invited to join the prototype building stage, which I have accepted. While I have not yet completed the prototype, several more active members of the group have successfully reproduced key features of the prototype. Their results appear to be similar, even though they were reproduced at several locations around the world independently, with written and verbal communication from Mr. Perreault to guide them. At least one individual member of the group has posted their generalized result on their web site. In addition, Mr. Perreault has publicly shared his work with an associate, Mr. Calvin Bahlmann, at a Tesla Conference at Wrigley Mansion, Phoenix, Arizona that ran during April 1998. The audience, which consisted of people and scientists with Ph.D. qualifications, were, as I understand, most impressed with the new technology that Messieurs Perreault and Bahlmann presented to them, and, I understand, had all their questions answered. Various rumors have circulated as to the work of Mr. Perreault. I do not consider that any of them have any strength or validity. I believe that many of them are generated purely from professional jealousy or envy, and I say this after examining the claims, and sometimes abusive notes that Mr. Perreault has received over the last In respect of the technology, I believe that Mr. Perreault has started what could be an entirely new field of human scientific endeavor. Over the last 3 months, Mr. Perreault has provided the group with continuous updates as both himself and members of the group discover new aspects of this technology. Such is the importance and scope of this work, it has the potential to change various parts of the global economy, and can easily result in Mr. Perreault receiving the Nobel Prize for chemistry and/or physics in the near future.
