William has more than 25 years of experience as an embedded computer hardware and software engineering consultant. He has provided consultation in these areas for companies such as Motorola, Honeywell, General Electric, Bendix, Rockwell International, Mack Trucks, Cummins Diesel, etc.

He is a 1979 graduate of the Illinois Institute of Technology, Chicago, Illinois, with a B.S.E.E. degree.

He is also the President of INTALEK, INC., a small privately held Corporation specializing in research and development of FREE ENERGY, Antigravitational, Time Travel devices and systems. The company was founded in July 1983 by William and is an Indiana-based Corporation.

Abstract

According to Alek's gravitomagnetic theory, a theoretical link is established between gravity and electromagnetism. Two mass fluctuation technologies are presently under investigation as shown in Fig. 1. Both technologies are electrical devices with the first being inductive-based, and the second being capacitive-based.

These systems are cyclic, and alter the local gravity well. The mass, expressed as magnetic field energy, in these systems are converted to excess electrical energy during the magnetizing/charging phase. During the demagnetizing/discharging phase, excess electrical energy is collected, then  mass is restored after this phase. The cycle begins again. As a consequence, clocks runs faster due to broken symmetry of mass-energy conservation in the proximity of these devices because mass, expressed as magnetic field energy, is converted to time-future electromagnetic energy, and is simply radiated away as NEGATIVE ENERGY. This results in an antigravitational effect, and time travel into the future is an inherent property of these devices.

So, "where does an inertial mass get its mass from?" Shown below in Fig 2, as an inertial mass is accelerated (relative change of motion), its mass increases. This mass diverges (RED SHIFTS) to infinity as it approaches the speed of light. The answer can ONLY come from one source - from empty space itself. In other words, space is composed of uncondensed mass. As an inertial mass accelerates, uncondensed mass, or space, "condenses" onto the object as more mass. A consequence of this condensation is that the space surrounding the object "shrinks" or contracts as well as the object.

On the other hand, a gravitational mass exhibits universal mass attraction, and RED SHIFTS or increases in mass as the two objects approach each other. Again, mass condenses onto matter as more mass. And again, a consequence of this condensation is that the space surrounding the object "shrinks" or contracts as well as the object. This effect is shown below in Fig. 3.
