Nu Energy Horizons PO Box 22 Rumney, NH 03266 USA Bruce A. Perreault Bruce Perreault has an extensive background in electronic equipment troubleshooting and repair. Working with innovative electronic schematics for prototypes he has fine tuned his skills as an active researcher and inventor. He is internationally known for his essays, articles and research reports. Bruce has two provisional patents to his name. His Method of Utilizing Ozone to Generate Electrical Energy provisional patent was allowed to lapse into public domain. This lapse was an intentional goodwill gesture by Bruce. He does not have faith in the patent system. His education came from observing nature and her processes. This has given him a strong foundation in the fields of science and alternative energy technologies. His skills are diversified in electronics, mechanics, molecular & nuclear chemistry, metallurgy, machine tool operation, and scientific glasswork that has provided him with an excellent knowledge base for a successful life as a free spirited natural scientist. Paul Sieglar a member of the Canterbury Creative Group once stated that "Bruce is an inventor that marches to a different drummer. His ideas, though unconventional, are not out of touch with reality. Bruce's strong individuality enables him to stick to his ideas despite the fact that some people feel they are unconventional." His unique way of looking at problems stems from the fact that he doesn't just accept as a given what the textbooks say; he goes beyond current thinking to bring about truly creative innovations. Even though his lab is small, his ideas are expansive. The new products that he is developing has great potential in bettering the human condition. Bruce is capable of viewing the present as but a meager step toward the future of a better life for all people around the globe. He is recognized today as being the principal investigator in the early Moray Radiant Energy discoveries, making many new key discoveries himself. By any standard this man is sure to pave roads to new inventions and discoveries.
AbstractMy lecture will focus on the direct conversion of atomic energy into electrical power. A conventional metal/air battery will begin my lecture as a primer to help to explain my unique conversion process. It will be demonstrated how a metal/air battery can be upgraded to convert atomic energy into useful electrical power. This will be presented this year because I do not have airline restrictions imposed on me. It will be shown that this technology is unique to all other "atomic batteries." My conversion method generates useful amounts of electric power where all other patented direct atomic conversion methods can only generate feeble currents. I had often asked myself: what ever became of Moray's radiant energy tubes? Thinking, it would be nice to run some tests on them. Well, as fate would have it I have had the opportunity to test some tubes that are said to have belonged to Moray. I now possess several of Moray's tubes that he used in his research. Many years ago a man named Stan Mahurin obtained a steel case loaded with Moray's experimental vacuum tubes and a notebook from his widow. This man knew T. H. Moray and his wife quite well. Mr. Mahurin passed the tubes onto Dr. William A. Rhodes, "a close friend for many years," because he had no clue as to their function but did insist on keeping the notebook. The tubes were a big mystery to Rhodes and he had them stored away for over twenty-five years. I was contacted because of my passion for radiant energy research and was given the opportunity to purchase these tubes. I promptly replied and presently have had the honor to work with them first-hand. Upon inspection of the tubes, there is no outward sign of radioactivity. None of the tubes indicates the presence of radioactivity when approached with any of my radiation sensing meters. Several of the tubes contain a cylindrical anode and wire filament. I strongly suspect that T. H. Moray used them to rectify radio frequency feed-back coming from his radiant energy device. They are essentially gas rectifier tubes and were probably the same tubes Moray had used in place of his Swedish Stone mineral. They are of immense historical value and will be displayed this year in public for the first time in history and add a nice touch to my lecture this year. See you all at Inventor's Weekend! -B.A. Perreault 12 volt 50amp-hour Rare Moray Tubes Saltwater Battery |
