The original concepts presented by the late Dr. Moray between the years 1909 to 1974 have paved a road to our energy independence. Dr. Thomas Henry Moray of Salt Lake City Utah made history by drawing the attention of the Scientific Community to certain scientific discoveries of far-reaching importance. His research involved the direct application of Radiant Energy, to the ultimate electric particles of the atoms and molecules of the Universe. Dr. Moray's discoveries, being demonstrated, convinced large numbers of scientific men who had witnessed them in action. However, there were a few scientists in high places that prevented the commercial success of this technology. Had these eminent scientific men, the supposed leaders of the Scientific Community, had the privilege of studying under Dr. Moray, they would have understood his discoveries and applauded them. Sadly, in their ignorance to radiant energy they refused to believe or even politely to listen to the facts that Moray had often demonstrated. One of his prototypes measured about 42" x 26" x 22" and weighed no more than sixty pounds. It generated around four kilowatts of electrical power and was demonstrated in front of scores of witnesses.
It should be easy to accept the fact that a device can be built to receive radiation from its surroundings as it is to accept a radio that receives radio waves. One transposes radio energy coming from a radio transmitter to sound while the other transposes electrical particles into heat, light, or power, the fundamentals are the same in both radio receiving and in the radiant-energy device. The radio receiver receives man transmitted energy waves out of the air; the radiant energy device receives energy waves from atomic ions and converts them into waves of electricity. As in the reception of radio waves, the radiant energy circuit is tuned to respond to the natural energy that is emitted from certain intermolecular reactions.
In its' widest form Radiant Energy can be said to be the "Holy Grail of Free Energy," and those who wish to study this exciting subject will do well to give serious attention to Dr. Moray's original discoveries and to Mr. Perreault's recent research. This book holds the final key to converting cosmic radiant energy into electrical power. Because of its limited printing it is sure to become a rare collector's item.

My research has lead me to a device that can extract energy useful electrical energy from the "dissociation of matter". High wattage can be drawn into the device by utilizing a radiant energy type tube to make the air molecules around it electrically semiconductive. Nikola Tesla used x-ray tubes to accomplish this to a limited degree. T. H. Moray accomplished this with his unique radiant energy tubes and was able to extract many kilowatts of power. I am presently perfecting this tube. When I have perfected the tube, it will be offered as a product on my website.
A few weeks ago I came to realize that two diagrams on page 71 in the Sea of Energy 5th edition by T. H. Moray were drawn incorrectly so that they could not produce a functioning circuit. Comparing the Carl Betz circuit drawing in 1954 of Moray's patent drawing I have been able to make the changes to the circuit so that it is now functional. I am assuming that T. H. Moray changed the circuit to protect it. I have done this myself on occasion. I feel that this is the reason that his sons have not been able to duplicate the device. This is what prompted me to revise my book. The new composite diagram now replaces the non-functional diagram that was drawn from Betz's memory. Now we all have something solid and real.
