The results of my years of experimentation has opened a doorway that could soon lead to electronically induced nuclear fusion. This process I named "alpha fission" to denote my electronically assisted atomic reaction. The term was so chosen as to cause the least adverse social reaction to this new promising technology, owing to the fact that the public at large has been duped into a state of paranoia by its global governments. With this technology isotopic fuels can be easily breed.
Thoron (Rn - 220) has a short half-life of life of 54.5 seconds, while Radon (Rn-222) has a considerably long half-life of 3.5 days. Therefore thoron is safe and convenient to work with, as there is no long-lived product in its disintegration chain, unlike radon-222. Owning to this fact, there is minimal danger of permanent contamination.
The parent substance, radiothorium, may be obtained from thorium solutions breed from my "alpha fission" process.
As a parent source of thoron it is general to use the substance known as "radiothorium," which has a conveniently long period of nearly two years. This means that we have a clean power source that will last for almost two years.
COLD FUSION CONFUSION
Alpha fission is actually Cold Fusion. The end result generates neutrons from the production of fusion by alpha particle collision. Simply, since mass x speed is temperature, represented by a kinetically energetic alpha particle, then there is a temperature differential in contrast to the target that it impinges upon. However, no new neutrons will result because the reaction consumes what it releases. This is cold fusion. The square of the reaction is cold in the general sense as in contrast to reactions that produce excess residual heat.
To site a cross correlation; a thermal heat pump will absorb hot particles right out of the cold air of winter. The average mean temperature is cold. This analogy can be applied to the alpha fusion reaction sited, the particles involved are in the mist of relatively cool particles. The average mean temperature is cold. This is my justification for dubbing it a "cold fusion" reaction. You may still consider the reaction to be hot, in fact, it is in every real sense of the word. Even so, the term cold fusion is a non-mathematical term that we can use to denote the difference between reactions that result from a CERN particle reactor and one that is naturally directed by the ultra chemical reaction. By the way, as you can see, I don't buy into the fixation on what the textbooks say what constitutes a nuclear vs. chemical reaction. All reactions are chemical in my line of vision. The sited alpha reaction is an ultra extension of chemistry. The textbooks have over complicated the "nuclear reaction" and in doing so it has fogged the vision in many instances.
So called "cold fusion" researchers have overlooked the fact that the electrodes that they are using contain traces of naturally occurring radioisotopes that are alpha emitters, platinum-190 & platinum-192 are two such examples. The end atomic ash is helium gas, exactly what these researchers should be finding.
Neutrons are generated as a result of a cold fusion reaction but they are not always detected. Simply stated, the neutrons generated equal the neutrons absorbed in the reaction. This is what I perceive as being a CLEAN nuclear reaction.
THERMOFUSION
Attempts at "clean" fusion have been tried by scientists using particles at the same temperature so that clean fusion can not occur regardless of how high the temperature gets to be. Attempts to fuse hydrogen atoms to create inert helium have failed and not one single helium atom has ever been produced. This has been proven by the so called "clean" fusion device known as the hydrogen bomb (H-bomb), when, in fact, military scientists detected little or no helium after detonation.
Let me tell you something that not too many scientists know, and if they do they are not saying anything. Tritium will fragment mechanically. If you put a small amount of tritium salt on a hard surface and hit it with a hammer, it will fragment and will expel neutrons. Fortunately only a very few molecules will do this, because if a larger number of them did there would be a terrible explosion.
The H-Bomb did not work on a "clean" thermofusion principle. It released its energy primarily to fragmentation, resulting in a "dirty," toxic, thermonuclear reaction, this observation is clear. The scientists involved with the testing detected enormous amounts of neutrons. It is a fact that when neutrons are absorbed they create radioactive elements. These results were never publicly published, along with the fact that there was extreme levels of neutrons generated.
GENERAL SUMMARY
The Department of Energy (DOE) has hindered the development of clean nuclear research over the years. They fear that a "clean" miniature power source will deny the Department of Defense its supply of weapons-grade plutonium. The DOE's H-bomb "dirty" fusion program has lasted for about 50-years, it sucks up all government fusion funding. The DOE's fusion projects are located in a Princeton University Plasma Physics Lab. These projects are top-secret cold-war research projects for the use of fusion for massive production of plutonium and tritium for nuclear weapons. Their fusion reactor burns tritium, a radioactive fuel that produces deadly neutron radiation, 80% of its total output of energy. This reactor if used in conjunction with a breeder reactor, is capable of "breeding" 100 times more plutonium than can be produced by a conventional utility reactor. They have a fuel machine for their "weapons of mass destruction." This new reactor would be so "dirty" that even the utility companies are rejecting this government fusion program.
The bottom line is that "clean" atomic reactions do not generate weapons fuel. The DOE would stand to lose its funding for nuclear weapons fuel if non-radioactive reactors were to be given to the people on the streets. Clean nuclear energy devices threaten all nuclear power plants.
The conclusions are obvious. Methods to procure fusion in our government research labs produce deadly nuclear reactions. From 1981 to 1984 experiments were performed using protons at CERN. Only "dirty" fusion were reported. The protons were then at the highest temperature than ever used in any other current thermofusion device and they did not generate a CLEAN nuclear reaction. This means that proton-proton thermofusion will not produce a CLEAN by-product. These facts are being ignored by scientists because it destroys their well established doctrines. The sad truth is that they are spending and wasting billions of taxpayer dollars each and every year to find better ways to obtain weapons grade materials for weapons of mass destruction. Isn't it time that we explore other options?
The mechanism to harness stored up energy in radioisotopic material is not new. What I hope to reveal here is a fascinating energy mechanism. The results of this science are striking, confusing, and its interpretation, intricate. I do not always write my releases as clearly as I would like to. However, if someone points out something in my writings that needs to be corrected I will try my best to right it and correct the statements. I update the document and hope that the revisions give a better picture of what I have tried to convey.
The powers that be do not want the results of my research in the hands of the common person. The devices based on principles found in my research have been kept under wraps by certain undisclosed organizations and individuals.

MY ATOMIC BATTERY SOLUTION
When radium transforms, a great deal of energy is liberated continuously as heat. The amount of stored energy in this transformation is of a very high magnitude. One gram of radium evolves about 134 calories per hour, and the total heat available is over 2,000,000,000 calories. One quarter of the generated energy comes from the decay of radium into radon gas. The remaining three quarters comes from the decay of the radon gas. One gram of radon, therefore represents 1,500,000,000 calories per gram. This translates into 5,944 BTUs per gram. Therefore, one pound will generate 2,698,825,592 BTUs. The radioactive fuel in a nuclear power plant generates 200,000,000 BTUs per pound. This means that radon gas generates 13.5 times more BTUs than nuclear reactors pound for pound of material.
Radon gas is present everywhere in our atmosphere. It is one hundred times more concentrated in our soils. Planet Earth has been exposed to this source of energy since it's birth. It may well be the very source that gave life to all living matter. It may as well be the very source that saves humankind.
It was known by the Atomic Scientist of yesteryear that if a suspended wire was given a negative charge of 1,000 volts or greater, that it would collect enough radon gas from the surrounding air to produce an effect on a photographic plate. One parent source of radon is radium. Radium is widely distributed throughout the minerals of the earth. An approximate reported calculation indicates that every 2.6 km2 (1 mi2) of soil to a depth of 15 cm (6 inch) contains about 1 gram of radium, that emits radon in trace amounts to the atmosphere.
An energy converter has been built that will harness the energy stored up in either radon or thoron gas. It attracts and converts radioactive radon gas into electrical power. Radon gas can be drawn in by ion-valves that are the very heart of this energy converter. If active gas is absorbed from our atmosphere then it will take a few minutes for it to accumulate on the central wire of the glo-regulator. I would like to point out here that people who have radon gas problems with their homes could benefit greatly with this type of converter. Not only would this device clean up the problem but it would also generate electricity as well.
This system is not perfect, electric transport vehicles will certainly require sealed tubes that contain an adequate radon or thoron source. The accumulation will vary from location to location.
